Terms of Use

These terms cover the iOS app KATORGA, provided by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o. (Łódź, Poland, KRS 0001190915). By installing or using the app you accept them. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app itself.

1. What the app is

KATORGA is a workout logging tool. It records the training you enter and shows statistics based on it. It is not medical, physiotherapy or dietary advice, and it does not diagnose anything.

2. Your health and your responsibility

Strength training carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights and volume appropriate for you, for warming up, and for consulting a physician before starting or changing a training programme — especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You use the app at your own risk.

3. Your data

Your training data is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups: because the data lives only on your iPhone, deleting the app (or losing the device without a backup) removes it permanently. Use the Premium JSON export if you want an independent copy.

4. Free version and KATORGA Premium

The app can be used for free within the free-tier limits described in the app and on the product page. KATORGA Premium is offered as:

• Monthly subscription — auto-renewing, one month.
• Yearly subscription — auto-renewing, one year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime unlock (when offered in the App Store) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not renew.

Prices, available plans and the trial conditions are shown in the App Store listing and in the app before purchase, in your local currency. The price is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered: the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Settings → KATORGA Premium → Manage subscription in the app.
• Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them directly.
• Restore purchases in the app re-activates Premium on a new device using the same Apple Account, at no extra cost.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law. The app's code and content remain the property of Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. If a change removes a paid capability you have already paid for, we will keep the paid capability working for the period you paid for, or offer a reasonable alternative.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost training data, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Medical disclaimer

KATORGA is a tool for logging workouts and tracking loads. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor or physiotherapist. Before starting a new training programme, consult a doctor — especially if you have a chronic condition, an injury, or are pregnant. You train at your own risk and with technique that is safe for you.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
